Our Saperavi Rosé is a light, elegant, dry, fruity, well balanced rosé wine. Only the finest hand harvested grapes were selected for this small production from our estate for this wine. Enjoy it on its own or with pizza, cheese, and a multitude of grilled delights! Forty cases were produced.

Our dry red wine is a Synthesis of Finger Lakes grapes, to produce this wine for you to enjoy on its own or with a variety of cuisines. Medium body, 50% Cab Franc., Léon Millot, Marquette and Chambourcin, from grapes harvested on Seneca Lake, NY.
